Dr. Jared Borosch
Chiropractor / Owner
Dr. Jared was born and raised in Kitchener and attended the University of Waterloo, graduating Dean’s Honours List and received a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology (Co-Op program) with a minor in Ergonomics and Injury Prevention. After working various ergonomic, health, safety and wellness jobs in the Waterloo Region, Dr. Jared attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude. . He additionally holds certifications in Integrated Dry Needling and Mental Health First Aid. Dr. Jared is excited to return to Kitchener and to be serving the community he grew up in. Dr. Jared uses an evidence-based, patient centred approach when treating. Using a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, modalities, integrated dry needling and exercise prescription, Dr. Jared treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions affecting everything from head to toe!
Dr. Jared stays active by going to the gym, doing yoga and playing a number of sports including hockey, golf, tennis and pickle ball. When not at the clinic you can catch him working in the garden, manning the BBQ and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Jonathan Oosterhof
Chiropractor
Dr. Oosterhof was born and raised in the Waterloo Region. He studied at the University of Guelph where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics as well as a Master of Science Degree before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Since graduating Dr. Oosterhof has expanded on his therapeutic skills by completing the Neurofunctional Acupuncture program through McMaster University and enjoys integrating this into his treatments. He is also trained in the Paediatric Intraoral Palate Specific Technique (P.I.P.S). Dr. Oosterhof uses a multitude of techniques to help patients function at their best so that they can live their lives to the fullest potential.
Dr. Oosterhof loves to get involved within his community and is excited to be back in the Waterloo Region. His personal hobbies include playing the cello, violin and baking!
Dr. Oscar Alba
Chiropractor/Owner
Dr. Oscar Alba; graduated from Brock University receiving a Bachelor of Kinesiology while playing soccer at a varsity level. He completed his chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. While at CMCC he had a chance to use his knowledge working for the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) as a medical officer traveling around Canada with high-level soccer teams. His treatment style consists of a mixture of muscle/myofascial release techniques, joint manipulation/adjustments, electrical and non-electrical acupuncture, IFC, and ultrasound to help relieve musculoskeletal pain. All treatments follow with a unique set of rehabilitation exercises to functionally overcome structural damage. He has a strong belief that most painful conditions arise from muscular dysfunction. A series of muscles that are weak, inhibited, or tight create an imbalance in the body leading to altered mechanics and pain. He has spent countless hours reading and developing exercise routines and treatment options to help patients with arthritic joints, especially conditions involving the hip and the knee.
